By using Amira (withamira.com), you agree to these terms. They're short — please actually read them.
What Amira is (and isn't)
Amira is an astrology diary for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are reflective and astrological in nature — they are not predictions, and they are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Amira is not a healthcare provider and no part of the service creates a professional relationship of any kind. Decisions you make remain yours.
If you're in crisis
Amira is not an emergency service and can't provide crisis support. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you're struggling, in the US you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) — free, confidential, any time.
Who can use Amira
You must be at least 13 years old. Amira is operated from the United States and designed for a US audience.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it solely to run the service — generating your readings, keeping your journal in sync, and the other things described in our Privacy page. Delete your data and that permission ends with it.
Fair use of the service
Don't abuse Amira: no unlawful use, no trying to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its AI, no using it to harm others, and no automated access. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.
Purchases
Amira's core experience is free. If we offer paid extras (like a full chart reading), they'll be one-time purchases with the price shown clearly before you pay; payment terms will be presented at checkout.
Beta, warranties, and liability
Amira is in beta and provided "as is" — we work hard on reliability but can't promise uninterrupted service or that nothing will ever be lost (the export button in Profile is there for a reason). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $20 or what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms as Amira grows; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Amira after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
